Apparatus Pilates
A progressive Pilates class for clients with an established understanding of foundational Pilates principles and apparatus work.
Classes incorporate reformer, tower, and mat repertoire to develop strength, coordination, endurance, and flow through more dynamic movement and layered progressions. Rooted in the Pilates method, sessions focus on intelligent movement, control, and whole-body integration.
Suitable for clients confident within Foundation-level practice and ready to deepen their Pilates experience.
Advanced
Apparatus Pilates
An advanced apparatus-based Pilates class designed for experienced clients ready to further develop their strength, control, coordination, and confidence within the method.
Expect advanced reformer, tower, and mat repertoire with dynamic transitions, flowing sequences, and more technically challenging movement patterns. Classes are rooted in the Pilates method and designed to deepen your practice through purposeful, athletic, and intelligently layered movement.
Suitable for clients with a strong understanding of Pilates principles and apparatus-based training who are ready to explore more advanced and dynamic repertoire.
Restorative
Restorative Pilates
A restorative Pilates class designed to support mobility, flexibility, recovery, and overall movement quality.

Barre
Barre & Conditioning
A full-body barre class combining elements of Pilates, strength training, and functional movement.

Mum + Baby
Postnatal Mat Pilates
A supportive postnatal Pilates class designed to help rebuild strength, stability, and confidence following pregnancy and birth — with your baby alongside you.
Focusing on core connection, posture, pelvic floor recovery, mobility, and gentle full-body strengthening, classes offer a calm and welcoming environment for both mum and baby. Sessions are rooted in mindful movement and designed to support recovery while creating space to reconnect with your body.
Suitable for postnatal clients following medical clearance. No previous Pilates experience required.
