SOMA Membership

Our membership is designed to support consistency, progression, and long-term results through a structured and considered Pilates practice.
Membership Includes;
- 8 class credits per month
- 1 complimentary birthday class credit
- 20% off all items at the wellness bar
- 10% off workshops and studio events
Membership Terms
Memberships may be cancelled with 28 days’ written notice via email to hello@somabalance.uk.
The 28-day notice period begins from the next scheduled billing date, and any payments due within this period will still be collected.
If a membership is cancelled and later reactivated within 3 months, a £25 reactivation fee will apply.
No refunds will be given for unused credits.
Membership Credits
8 credits are issued monthly on your billing date.
Credits are valid within each billing cycle and do not roll over as standard.
Holiday Rollover
Members may request a temporary rollover of unused credits due to a holiday period. Holiday rollover is permitted once within any 6-month period, provided at least 7 days’ written notice is given prior to travel.
Approved rollover credits must be used within the following billing cycle and cannot accumulate further.
Late cancellations or no-shows with less than 12 hours’ notice will result in the loss of that credit.
Private Sessions
Private 1:1 and small group sessions are available on request.
