SOMA is a movement studio rooted in the Pilates method and built around intelligent movement, consistency, and connection.

Created as a space for people to move well, feel stronger, and reconnect with their bodies, our approach combines reformer, tower, mat, and barre with the principles of the classical Pilates method. Every class is designed with intention, precision, and progression in mind — helping you build strength, control, mobility, and awareness over time.
