I’m new — where should I start?
We recommend starting with our Foundation and Restorative classes. These classes are designed to introduce the Pilates method in a supportive and welcoming environment while helping you build confidence within your practice.
What should I wear?
Comfortable activewear that allows you to move freely. Grip socks are required for all reformer and apparatus classes.
Do I need Pilates experience?
No experience is needed. Our classes are designed to support all levels, whether you are completely new to Pilates or continuing an existing practice.
How do I book?
Classes can be booked through our website or Glofox booking app. Simply create an account, choose your class, and reserve your space.
Where do I park?
We have parking within the studio grounds and then on street parking is available nearby too.
What happens if I’m late?
For safety and to avoid disruption to the class, late entry may not be permitted once the session has started.
What is the cancellation policy?
Classes cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the loss of that class credit.
Can I attend if I’m pregnant or postnatal?
Please contact us before booking so we can guide you towards the most suitable classes for your stage of pregnancy or postnatal recovery.
